Manufacturer for buyers in Europe

European distributors often serve several countries, languages and hospital systems at the same time. We make that simpler: one manufacturer, one quality standard and one shipment, with labels and inserts printed in the languages each of your markets needs.

Our European customers include national medical and dental distributors, veterinary wholesalers, tender suppliers to public hospitals and private-label brands selling across the single market.

We supply distributors, hospital suppliers and brands across Europe, including Paris, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Brussels, Warsaw, Lisbon, Athens, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Prague.

Who we supply in Europe

  • National medical and dental distributors
  • Suppliers to public hospital tenders
  • Veterinary wholesalers and buying groups
  • Private-label brands selling across several EU countries

EU MDR basics for importers and brands

Instruments sold in the EU are regulated under the Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745. Reusable surgical instruments are Class Ir devices, which involves a notified body for the reprocessing aspects. A manufacturer outside the EU must appoint an EU Authorised Representative, and the importer has its own duties, including checking the CE marking and adding its name and address to the device or packaging.

Labelling and instructions for use generally have to be in the official language of each member state where the device is sold. We print multilingual labels and inserts to your artwork, so one SKU can serve several countries.

This is a general overview for orientation, not legal advice. Requirements change, so confirm the current rules with the national competent authority and your notified body or your regulatory consultant.

What we provide

  • Multilingual labels and inserts printed to your approved artwork
  • Space for importer and Authorised Representative details on the pack
  • Brand, REF number and country-of-origin marking on the instrument
  • Certificate of origin and full EU import documentation
