OEM Surgical Instruments Manufacturer for German Brands & Distributors
Forged and finished in Sialkot to the quality German instrument brands and distributors expect, at factory-direct prices.
Manufacturer for buyers in Germany
Germany sets the benchmark for surgical instrument quality, and German buyers compare every sample with that benchmark. Sialkot and the Tuttlingen region have worked together for decades, with a large share of forging, machining and finishing done in Sialkot for German brands. We manufacture on that basis: German and Japanese-grade stainless steel (commonly AISI 410, 420 and 440 series), tungsten carbide inserts where edge life matters, and inspection of every batch for fit, function and finish.
We work as an OEM partner for German instrument brands and as a direct source for distributors supplying hospitals, practices and veterinary clinics.
We supply distributors, hospital suppliers and brands across Germany, including Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne, Stuttgart, Tuttlingen, Vienna and Zurich.

EU MDR and German market requirements
In Germany, as in the rest of the EU, instruments are regulated under the Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745. Reusable surgical instruments fall into Class Ir, which brings a notified body into the reprocessing aspects of the device, and a manufacturer outside the EU must appoint an EU Authorised Representative. The competent authority in Germany is the BfArM.
Most OEM customers place the instruments on the market under their own name and certification. In that case we manufacture to your specification, materials and marking, and provide the production and material information your quality system needs.
This is a general overview for orientation, not legal advice. Requirements change, so confirm the current rules with the BfArM and your notified body or your regulatory consultant.
