Under current transitional rules, CE-marked devices continue to be accepted in Great Britain for a limited period alongside the UKCA mark, while Northern Ireland follows EU rules.
Because the rules have changed several times since Brexit, agree early who acts as manufacturer of record for your private-label range and which marking goes on the label. We then mark and label exactly to that decision.
